Bill has been working in coffee since 1998, when he got his first barista job at Lakeshore Coffeehouse in Euclid, OH. Eventually, he found his way to the production floor at Intelligentsia Coffee in Chicago, IL where he gained a deeper understanding of the coffee world. After meeting Amber Arthur, through his wife and BattleCat Coffee Bar, the two decided to co-found PennyCup. When Bill is not being a dad and family man he is playing ice hockey or taking a nap.

Morgan has always had a love for coffee. She's has worked in the industry for 10 years, ranging in jobs from barista to management. She knew she wanted to make a career out of coffee after working at a Lamplighter Coffee Roaster in Richmond, VA, in 2018. After moving to Asheville she worked at BattleCat Coffee Bar, where she met Amber and was then brought over to PennyCup to help grow the business’s wholesale clients. Outside of coffee she likes to rollerskate, climb, and craft.
